Order timelines

Monthly Batch accessories are processed and shipped within one business day. Custom {Made to Order} orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer free flat rate shipping to the USA for orders over $39 (not including tax). Orders under $39 will have a $5 flat rate shipping added at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please email to inquire if shipping to your country is possible in the future.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sashahandmade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Each accessory is handmade to order and we therefore do not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sashahandmade.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

For acceptable returns, you will have the choice of the following: payment method will be refunded less return shipping costs or a full credit will be provided for future shopping.
